Forgive me for having these kind of doubtful and negativity but there has been some misused in the term of Modernism itself.
The easy-come-easy-go era of information, the endless polemic of simple matter, and human dissatisfaction are too hard to be digested. Though we people, Indonesian people are an easily adapted to several kinds of -even the most hardest- circumstances - if i may presume.
Technology is made to simplify, ease and facilitate the needs. But we, ourselves who sometimes fall back it into something that can run our personal desires. Even i couldn’t resist the temptation.
Modernism slowly fears me, in an explicit way it can be.
